The client for this project, Corporate Visions sells training aimed at B2B (Business to Business) sales professionals. The project would involve designing and developing a course series. Each learn and practice modules was designed to be completed one after the other. Learn modules focused on knowledge transfer, Practice was about application of knowledge in a safe environment. Each learn modules was to be about 5-7 mins. There would be about 15 mins combined runtime for learn and practice. The learn modules needed to include relevant “whiteboard” visuals. Each Learn modules included an engagement component to demonstrate – Why this is important, knowledge checks, examples of concept in action (Bad vs. Good), a behavior prompt: What did you learn today that you can immediately apply?, single view summary of key concepts. Practice modules would include: relevant practice exercises. and prompt learners to open the accompanying workbook. The course would use Corporate Visions unique identity and brand. For example, each module is focused through a “10% slide” (within the first 30 seconds). The “10% slide” concept comes from the book Impossible to Ignore: Creating Memorable Content to Influence Decisions by author and cognitive Neuroscientist, Dr. Carmen Simon, at Corporate Visions.

I designed and developed a self-paced eLearning course series that included seven modules:

  1. Why invest: The Buyer’s Perspective
  2. Return on Research
  3. Insight driven conversation
  4. Win Executive Access
  5. Money Flow
  6. Analyze financials to find opportunities
  7. Communicate business change

Articulate Storyline, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
